From Prompts to Intelligent Assistants: This Is How We Embrace AI!

KINGSKY Technology's AI Application Review & Exchange Session concluded successfully!

Empowered by AI, Embracing Change

In an era when data flows in like a tide, we choose to embrace change proactively. Last Saturday morning, an AI application review and exchange session showed us the limitless possibilities of technology empowering business.

As a distributor deeply rooted in the chip industry, we have kept asking ourselves: as the AI wave sweeps in, how can we make this technology truly land and serve our daily work? How can we harness the power of AI to seize the initiative in this era of information explosion?

With these questions in mind, we held a distinctive "AI Application Review & Exchange Session." Rather than a lofty technology lecture, it was a down-to-earth, hands-on sharing event - we invited front-line colleagues to tell their real stories of working alongside AI.

Chapter One: The Wisdom of Practitioners

01

When AI Learns to Analyze on Its Own

"I used to spend an entire afternoon buried in Excel doing push-out and pull-in data analysis." Bob's opening line struck a chord with many in the room.

In the chip industry, changes in customer order demand (push-outs and pull-ins) are one of the biggest headaches. Bob shared how he used the OpenClaw tool to train an AI model to analyze this data automatically.

"Now AI can not only identify abnormal fluctuations quickly but also make trend predictions," Bob said with a smile. "It has truly freed me from repetitive labor and let me spend my time on more valuable strategic analysis."

02

Only Those Who Ask Well Can Master AI

"Many people think AI isn't smart enough, but the problem is often with how we ask." Sunshine opened with a sharp observation.

Working in the Supply Chain Center, she handles a heavy daily load of delivery-date queries and inventory matching. Sunshine shared her "art of prompting":

"Instead of asking 'how many orders are there this week,' ask 'please list the top 20 orders needing delivery-date confirmation this week by customer priority, and note each order's historical on-time delivery accuracy.'"

She summed it up: "AI is like raising a child. You need plenty of patience and must feed it your logic. The process can't be perfect from the start - you have to learn to keep a dialogue going with it and let it understand your logic before you can truly raise it well."

I Have an AI Assistant That's Online 24/7

"You may not believe this, but the first thing I do every morning now isn't checking my email - it's asking my AI assistant, 'What urgent matters need my attention today?'"

Daxiong demonstrated how an AI assistant supports daily work - from automatically organizing meeting minutes and generating weekly reports, to reminding him of key milestones and to-dos, and even helping draft customer emails.

"AI assistants aren't here to replace us; they're here to be our 'power-ups,'" Daxiong concluded. "They take over the tedious, repetitive work so I can focus on the things that truly require human wisdom."

Chapter Two: The Exchange of Thinkers

A colleague from a business unit shared how he uses AI for customer background research: "Before, I spent half a day researching before visiting a customer. Now AI can put together a complete pre-visit briefing in ten minutes, covering their product lines, recent developments, and even potential pain points."

Others raised doubts: "Sometimes AI's logic doesn't reach the level we need - what should we do?" Daxiong from IT picked up the thread: "That's exactly what we need to keep optimizing. AI isn't omnipotent, but through continuous training, better prompts, and human double-checking, it becomes more and more reliable."

The Assistant to the General Manager closed the session: "AI is an iterative tool. The company has created an atmosphere for learning AI, and we need to move beyond mere chat-level usage - to explore how to persist with daily training so that everyone can have their own AI assistant. People won't be replaced, but people who use AI are always evolving."

The three-hour session passed in a flash, but the conversation about AI continues. After it ended, colleagues gathered in small groups, exchanging their "secret techniques."

At this review session we reached a consensus: in the AI era, what matters most is not how many technologies you have mastered, but whether you are willing to embrace change, whether you dare to try new tools, and whether you can keep your passion for learning through the transformation.

Markets change, and customer needs change - the only thing that never changes is our determination to pursue excellence and continuous innovation. AI won't put great chip professionals out of work, but chip professionals who use AI will surely go further.
