Midsummer is in full swing - the season to forge ahead and embark on a new journey.

KINGSKY Technology recently held its 2026 semi-annual meeting. KINGSKY partners from across the country gathered in Shenzhen to review the achievements of the first half of 2026, set goals and direction for the second half, and further strengthen team cohesion and morale through an energetic, passionate team-building event.

The meeting consisted of two parts: ice-breaking team building for new hires and a company-wide assembly. There was laughter and seamless collaboration, as well as reviews, goal commitments, and awards. Colleagues got to know each other better through conversation, built consensus through challenges, and gathered strength through reflection, jointly launching a brand-new journey for the second half of 2026.

Part 1: Breaking the Ice and Building Strength, Setting Off Together on a New Journey

New hires took on an outdoor team-building event full of challenges and joy.

New partners from across the country set aside their work identities and shyness, quickly forming two teams - Team "Happy Gan" and Team "Just Do It."

One was full of energy, setting off with joy; the other brimmed with drive, determined to get the mission done. Resounding team names, unified chants, and soaring morale heated up the atmosphere right away.

Frisbee Extreme Challenge: Passing Trust on the Run

Frisbees cut through the air as team members sprinted and made precise throws and catches.

Every catch and combination tested not only reactions but also trust and rapport between teammates. Some watched the field, some covered positions, some chased hard - every brilliant moment was built on mutual support.

The Drum of Hearts: Same Rhythm, Same Direction

One drum, one ball, many ropes - every team member had to keep the same rhythm and force.

Some called the counts, some watched the ball's direction, some adjusted in time. When every pair of hands pulled toward the same goal and everyone's rhythm came together, the ball bounced steadily on the drumhead again and again.

In that moment, teamwork was no longer a slogan but a true portrait of everyone fully engaged and coordinating with one another.

60-Second Sprint: Racing Against Time, Standing with Your Team

Limited time, unknown clues, and ever-changing challenges made "60-Second Sprint" a dual contest of brainpower and action.

Team members quickly analyzed information, divided tasks clearly, and summed up lessons with each attempt. Facing the tense countdown, nobody panicked - they reminded and encouraged each other, completing information synthesis and task breakthroughs at top speed.

Tower of Hanoi: Finding the Optimal Solution in Complex Tasks

Faced with the Tower of Hanoi challenge - seemingly simple yet full of difficulty - team members dove into discussion right away.

How to divide the work? How to improve efficiency? How to adjust quickly after a mistake?

From everyone voicing their own ideas to gradually unifying the approach and clarifying the steps, teams sought the optimal solution through repeated attempts and reflection. The challenge taught everyone a profound lesson: for complex tasks, clear goals, sensible division of work, and efficient communication are all indispensable.

After a day of fierce competition, Team "Just Do It" won the ultimate victory with a commanding lead, thanks to outstanding collaboration, steady performance, and a fearless, winning spirit.

Yet more precious than the result was the trust and friendship gained along the way.

From the slight awkwardness of first meetings to encouraging each other through challenges, from fighting alone to standing shoulder to shoulder - one team-building event turned unfamiliar names into familiar partners and gave the word "team" a more vivid meaning.

Mountains and rivers will bring us together again; walking side by side, we head toward the future. We believe the rapport built through these challenges will become a solid starting point for new partners to integrate into KINGSKY, put down roots, and grow together with KINGSKY.

From strangers to familiar faces, from individual effort to joint collaboration - this truly achieved ice-breaking, integration, and growth.

Part 2: Riding the Momentum of the Era Toward a Further Future!

To a stirring march, with the enthusiasm of the team building still in the air, all KINGSKY people carried their gains and expectations into the 2026 semi-annual company-wide assembly.

At the meeting, the heads of each business unit (BU) and center delivered their H1 2026 work reports in turn. Set after set of data and achievement after achievement recorded the road we have traveled over the past six months. Behind the results lie the dedication and effort of every KINGSKY employee; and the shortcomings show us more clearly where to work harder going forward.

Part 3: Pledging Together, Advancing with Glory!

At the H2 2026 goal-pledging ceremony, the heads of each BU and center solemnly signed goal accountability agreements with the General Manager.

As pens touched paper, what was signed were not just goals but commitments; what was received were not just tasks but responsibilities.

In this moment there were no grand speeches - only wholehearted resolve. A new journey has begun; every goal must be delivered through action, and every responsibility must be answered with results.

At the semi-annual awards ceremony that followed, the company recognized outstanding teams and individuals who excelled in H1 2026.

As familiar names were called and applause rang out again and again, we saw more than honor - we saw countless days and nights of quiet persistence, of rising to challenges, and of going all out.

Every achievement is hard-earned; every effort deserves to be seen.
