The symposium began at 8:00 a.m. sharp. New hires introduced themselves one by one. We came from all corners, and it was one shared choice - joining KINGSKY - that brought us together here.

In the sharing session, veteran KINGSKY employees from different departments took the stage one after another, telling the story of KINGSKY through their own experiences.

Caicai, now General Manager of BU6, was himself a new hire sitting in the audience listening to veterans share eight years ago. Refusing to Be a Messenger - The Mindset Leap from Executor to Value Creator

Ken entered the industry in 2006 and has gone through the full career path from foreign trade to domestic trade to distribution. He opened with a low-level mistake - once misplacing the decimal point on a quote, writing 280,000 instead of 28,000 - and formed the habit of double-checking ever since. He sharply pointed out that many new hires fall into the trap of blind execution, and he emphasized value contribution. He summed up the customer relationship formula: customer relationship equals professional trust plus reliable delivery plus emotional value.

Embracing Change, Meeting Challenges - Breaking Through Three Career Transitions

Jason shared his three major career transitions: from instrument sales to chip sales, from passive chips to active chips, and from sales to product management. Choose the right industry, choose the right platform, and complete the transformation of your professional identity.

The Value of a Chip Distributor - More Than Distribution, a Technology Hub

Bob systematically explained, from a professional perspective, the unique value of chip distributors in the semiconductor supply chain, helping new hires understand their industry from a higher dimension.

He offered new hires three key points for work: become familiar with the product line structure and classification system of the chip brands we distribute; master rapid response and efficient handling in the sample request process; and build refined operations and dynamic allocation capabilities in inventory management.

Drawing on her own experience at KINGSKY, Vicky gave the new hires an in-depth interpretation of KINGSKY's strategy and organizational atmosphere. The power of exploration - at KINGSKY, most things are not about being told what to do and doing it; they require you to think and explore on your own. If there is one force or state that can grow innovation and drive a company forward, it is exploration.

The most powerful sharing of the symposium came from General Manager Jia. Drawing on profound insights from his 27-year career in sales, he gave the new hires a soul-stirring feast of ideas around deep reflections on work and life, sharing on four themes: the essence of sales - closing the deal is the only purpose; passion as the root of lasting motivation; insight and demand creation - the core capabilities of top salespeople; and values - the code of conduct that unites like-minded people.

At the end of his sharing, General Manager Jia opened the floor to Q&A, encouraging new hires to ask questions and promising candid answers. This deep sharing session, lasting over an hour, gave the new hires a vivid lesson on the meaning of work, the value of life, and career growth.

Words for the Future: New Journey, Be Ready!

As the symposium drew to a close, the new hires were offered these words:
